Why we don't lock Wellington businesses into IT contracts
Most IT contracts protect the provider, not you. Here is how a no-contract model actually works, and why our clients stay anyway.

The standard managed-IT pitch comes with a multi-year agreement and a fixed monthly retainer whether you need help or not. It is comfortable for the provider. For a small Wellington business, it often means paying for support you do not use, then feeling stuck when the service slips.
We run Dynamite IT the other way around. Call us when you need us, pay for the work you actually use, and leave whenever you like. The only thing keeping you with us is whether the help is good.
That changes how we behave. We cannot coast on a locked-in retainer, so we earn the next call by fixing the current one properly, explaining it in plain English, and not selling you anything you do not need.
If you are weighing up a managed-IT contract, ask one question: what happens to the service quality once the ink is dry? With us, the answer never changes, because there is no ink.
